Apartment Addition

At the end of my father's funeral, we had these lovely seed packets available to take as you left. The idea being, you plant them in my dad's name. So, naturally, I took a few packets back with me to Japan. To give them somewhere special to bloom, I painted a few planters to give them some character, then hung them on my balcony and watched the wildflowers bloom.

I smile every time I water them.
